Apple Danish

I drove my mom to a delicated European cake shop on the weekend and occassionally found out that they were selling one of my favorite desserts -- Apple Danish.

連整個形狀都作成蘋果的樣子,很可愛吧,感覺很符合我愛Mac電腦的形象,什麼東西都要是蘋果,蘋果...Apple, Apple....（好開心）


I had my first Apple Danish in Melbourne whilst I attended the Australian Modelled United Nation Conference (AMUNC) with Cindy in 2002. It was my first winter in Australia. The hot Apple Danish made the chilly weather and my heart warmer. :)



我其實不算是一個煮飯很厲害的人,因為第一次學做菜是在Sydney自己看食譜學的,所以怎麼煮都是西式的,可憐我的家人每次都被逼著吃義大利麵(可是我好歹也有做好吃的越南春捲),中國菜不拿手,shame on myself,最不爭氣的大概就是甜點,怎麼做怎麼失敗,我放棄了,以後就自己去買蛋糕來吃吧,買個Apple Danish來吃,多簡單
